The broker Engineer Barrios Vargas Marco  completed his studies at the Engineering Faculty at National Autonomous University of Mexico , and he got    his degree of Master of Science at the University of Cranfield, England.  Then, He graduated  in Marketing, ISO 9000, Customs, Foreign Trade Law, International Trade and Customs Law of Mexico. Right after, AMACARGA-FIATA certified him as an instructor in International Transport and Freight forwarding. He also attended more than one hundred courses about Customs Valuation, Tariff Classification, Merciologia, Customs Act, Incoterms, Customs Audit, U.S. Customs Broker, Treaties, Foreign Trade, among many others.

In fact,he worked for Mexican Motor Vehicle Company as a Sub-Manager of Industrial Engineering making studies at the Part Mechanization, Supplying and Automotive Fiscal Deposit Departments among others.

Besides that, he was a Plant Manager and a General Manager at Nafinsa Timber Group S.A. of C.V. too. He also participated in plant importation projects.

In 1988, he was a Director for GRUPO ADUANAL MEXICANO S.A. de C.V. and Continental Food and Beverage Inc., From 1991 to the present time, he became  a Sales Director at Homs Group. Next, he was  a counselor for the broker group.

On the other hand,he has taught seminars and refresher training for more than 200 companies in Customs Issues, Logistics,  Foreign Trade and has been a University professor for 33 years , current University Counselor of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

In 1995, he obtained his patent number 1387 to act as a local broker at the International Airport of Mexico City. In 2006, he founded MABV INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS S.A. of C.V. for exploitation of its patent. He is a member of the integrated company Air Logistics Worldwide Services S.A. of C.V. since 2005
